4. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

Adult Content Strictly Prohibited: You may NOT use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any form of adult content, including but not limited to: sexually suggestive content, nudity, pornography, or any other Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination.
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform. For video content generated using the platform, we grant you the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such content, provided you comply with these Terms.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits can be obtained through purchase or subscription. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

Subscription Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Except as required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our prices and billing methods at any time, and will provide advance notice of any price changes.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit service, or discontinue service to any user at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or or based on operational requirements. Certain features may not be available in all regions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
