2. Credit Purchases
Credits are virtual currency used to generate videos on our platform. Due to the nature of digital products:
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical failures on our end.
- Unused credits can be used at any time before they expire according to our terms.
- If you experience issues with credit delivery after payment, please contact us within 7 days for investigation.
3. Subscription Plans
For monthly and annual subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds for subscription fees are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided you haven't used more than 20% of the included credits.
- After 7 days or 20% usage, subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Service Failures
We will provide refunds or credit compensation in the following cases:
- System errors that prevent video generation after credits have been deducted.
- Significant service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours.
- Bugs or technical issues that result in corrupted or unusable video output.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Dissatisfaction with the artistic style or quality of AI-generated content (AI generation has inherent variability).
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination.
- Credits that have already been used for video generation.
- Expired credits that were not used within their validity period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email, order number, and reason for the refund request.
- Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation to support your claim.
7. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
